How do I get started?

Call us today and we can set up a no charge consultation.  We will go over your existing procedures and help you determine what is the best way to maximize your bookkeeping needs.

Will you handle my taxes?

No.  We are not an accounting firm or a CPA.  We will save you time and money by getting all the records together in an easy to follow format for your CPA.

I don't have a CPA. Can I still use your services?

Yes.  Although we are not a CPA and do not complete tax returns, we work with several qualified firms.  We are more than happy to offer you their names for a no obligation consultation.

I just need month end reconciliations done.

We can handle that!  You will decide how much or how little you need our services.

Do you handle payroll?

Yes. We can do your weekly/monthly payroll and your quarterly/annual forms.  We do recommend a payroll service such as ADP or Paychex as the most cost-effective route to take but we are willing to handle that for you.

Is my finanancial information safe?

Absolutley!  We honor the confidentiality of your records and would never disclose that to anyone without your permission or consent.  If you have any questions about our integrity, please go to the REFERENCES page and call any of the people listed.  They can reassure you that we are honest and hard working.

I don't have any space for another employee.

We are not an employee.  We are a contracted service.  You will issue a Form 1099 at the end of the year for our services.  We can either work on site or from our home office - whatever works best for you!
